Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar and Riyadh, KSA. As an Operation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all metal operations within our company. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

1. Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
2. Prioritize tasks based on project timelines, resource availability, and business priorities.
3. Oversee business logistics to ensure a smooth flow of operations and timely project execution.
4. Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all finished products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
5. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure that materials are readily available for production.
6. Communicate with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
7. Ensure that all projects and tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
8. Regularly report project status, challenges, and achievements to upper management.
