Job Description

Responsibilities:

Execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operational activities ensuring compliance with procedures and HSE standards.
Operate plant from the Central Control Room (CCR) as directed by supervisors.
Ensure all activities adhere to HSE requirements and permit to work systems.
Identify and control hazards to prevent damage to equipment, personnel, and the environment.
Monitor plant parameters, make decisions during abnormal situations, and report findings to supervisors.
Operate DCS, fire and gas systems, and ESD systems efficiently.
Maintain production and injection system stability and quality.
Assist in commissioning new plants and DCS configurations if needed.

Skills

Skills Required:

Knowledge of process equipment maintenance, commissioning, and operation activities.
Proficiency in DCS management, process control stability, and HSE work practices.
Familiarity with corrosion control methodologies, process facilities, and decision-making skills.

Personal Skills:

Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and vision in decision-making.
Collaborates effectively, empowers team members, and fosters a learning attitude.
Communicates with a positive impact, connecting with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
