Description: Responsibilities: - Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and project requirements. - Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines. - Conduct thorough reviews of proposal requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects are addressed. - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions and value-added propositions for clients. - Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. - Conduct risk assessments and address potential issues proactively in proposals. - Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and other documents related to proposals. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform proposal strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the metals manufacturing industry. - Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and verbal) is essential. - Strong understanding of metals manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and drawings. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality proposals that align with client expectations. - Experience with international clients or projects is a plus.
