Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Government Liaison: Act as a representative of the organization and establish strong relationships with government departments and authorities.
2. Document Processing: Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to visa applications, work permits, licenses, and other government requirements.
3. Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure the organization's compliance with government standards.
4. Transactions and Approvals: Facilitate various transactions and approvals with government entities, ensuring smooth and timely processes.
5. Immigration Support: Assist employees with immigration-related matters, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
6. Company Representation: Represent the organization during meetings, appointments, or visits to government offices.
7. Translation and Communication: Translate documents and facilitate communication between the organization and government officials in both Arabic and English languages.
8. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all government-related transactions and ensure documentation is properly archived.
