Job Description
  • Reception’s day-to-day operations & ensure the cleanliness of the entire office.


  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.


  • Update appointment calendars for the meeting rooms on the 27th & 28th floor.


  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment


  • Support in allocating and managing space between floors


  • Support in ensuring that office facilities including the pantry and other related premises meet government regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards


  • Administer and process petty cash transactions for all purchases related to the pantry.


  • Support on GRC - Follow up with the PRO status of residency transfer, renewal, and cancelation and update the PRO work updates sheet (tracking sheet) weekly


  • Ad Hoc - P.O requests, business card requests, Talabat credit



Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience as a receptionist


  • University Degree, preferably with a Hospitality Management focus


  • Excellent time management skills


  • Customer service skills


  • Ability to maintain an organized & tidy office & reception area


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


  • Ability to work within a team & work independently whenever required


  • Advanced MS Office & G-Suite skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 


  • Ability to read, write, and speak English & Arabic fluently.
