Your Day to Day
As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will serve as the main contact for room and F&B reservations at the hotel. You will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage Strong communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English Additional language is an added advantage Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask
