Job Description

  • Foster and manage business relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Assess sales opportunities and devise creative proposals to secure successful deals.
  • Maintain and enhance sales and margins for assigned clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide accurate quotes and diligently follow up on sales leads with all assigned customers.
  • Implement area sales strategies aligned with the company's vision.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports featuring forecasts and market insights.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Backgrounds in marketing or business administration are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in the construction chemicals industry in the Qatar market, with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in construction chemicals.
