Job Description

  • Provided design support on AutoCAD format 
  • Provided design development support in line with engineering specifications for new projects with regard to concepts and renderings for client proposals and presentations.
  • Prepares CAD layouts and architectural drawings for installation projects.
  • Prepare Plans, Layouts, Shop Drawings & Perspectives
  • Prepares BOQ, to calculate the materials to be used in the project.
  • Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately update/correct drawings during the design process
  • Create and revise production drawings detail and assembly drawings in coordination of the Architectural and MEP Department.
  • Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.
  • Conduct a Site visit to check if the Drawings are properly implemented.
  • 3 D Renders is an added value
  • Site measurements and preparation of invoicing
  • Supervising Team on-site and subcontractors
  • Procurements of installation material and keeping of records per project.


Skills

  • Associated with a civil engineering company or agency in a technical job role capacity.
  • Ability to solve intricate problems using engineering concepts and modeling software.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions.
  • Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project reports.
  • Ability to supervise workers and guide them to complete daily tasks for optimum time and resource management.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Languages: English is a Must, Arabic an added value
  • Experience in Qatar: Contracting sector 5 - 7 years. 
  • Area of Experience: Fit out, Supply, and installation of marble & tiles, interior material.
