Must have minimum 10 years in construction Project and planning
Must have large infra and Road project experience
Ashghal Experienced Highly Preferred
Needs to have an UPDA MMUP Certified
Prepare baseline programs and pertinent documents like progress S curve, cash flow curve, KPIs, manpower and equipment histogram
Regularly monitor critical paths and prepare schedule impact reports for management
Prepare internal monthly target and monitoring.
Prepare contractual letters
Prepare extension of time (ECT) applications
Prepare mitigation plan and revised program
Prepare monthly/weekly/daily progress reports
