Sr. Planning Engineer:
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Must be available inside KSA on transferable iqama
- Bachelor of Engineering - preferably in Civil
- 10+ years of experience in construction industry (High rise building experience is desirable)
- Job description / Role
1-Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress reports.
2-Preparation of Baseline schedule, revised schedule with resource & cost loading.
3-Monitoring progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning..
4-Preparation of cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
5-Updating the schedule based on inputs received from project team.
6-Identifying the delays causes, if any, and suggesting the corrective actions to the construction team.
7-Attending project progress review meetings.
8-Estimating the projects cash flow.
9-Preparation of internal Planning reports.
10-Preparation of issue log and update it.
Proficient in using the following software:
1- Primavera P6.
2- Microsoft Excel.
3- Microsoft PowerPoint
4- Microsoft Power BI.
Familiar with integration between above software, fluent in English both speaking and writing
Project Time Management, Resource Management, Project Communications Management, Extension Of Time Claims, Primavera, manpower histogram, procurement schedule, Equipment Schedule, Cash‐flow, trend forecast
