Job Description

  • وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
  • توجيه وتدريب فريق المبيعات وتزويدهم بالارشاد والدعم اللازم لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة.
  • تحليل أداء فريق المبيعات وتقديم تقارير دورية تشمل النتائج والتوصيات.
  • التعامل مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين والعمل على بناء وتعزيز العلاقات معهم.
  • وضع استراتيجيات تسويقية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتعزيز المبيعات.
  • متابعة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسة وتحليلها لتحديد فرص النمو والتحسين.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى مثل التسويق والمشتريات والإنتاج لتحقيق التنسيق وتحقيق أهداف الشركة بشكل شامل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية وتعزيز السمعة الإيجابية للشركة.


Skills

  • المؤهل الأكاديمي في مجال المبيعات أو التسويق، لايقل عن بكالوريوس.
  • العمر يجب أن لا يقل عن 30 عامًا ولا يزيد عن 45 عامًا.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية في تحدثا وكتابة.
  • القدرة على استخدام برامج Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word و Excel.
