 Job Description - الوصف الوظيفي: 

نحن شركة تعدين متخصصة في إنتاج وتسويق الرمل المتخصص للاستخدام في صناعة الخرسانة والتصنيع. نبحث حاليًا عن مندوبي مبيعات محترفين ومتحمسين للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في تحقيق أهدافنا وتوسيع قاعدة عملائنا. يجب على المتقدم أن يكون على معرفة في مبيعات الرمل وعلى دراية بسوق مواد البناء. 

 We are a specialized mining company producing and marketing specialized sand for use in concrete production and manufacturing. We are currently seeking professional and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base. Applicants must have previous experience in sales of sand and familiarity with the construction materials market. 

Key Responsibilities - المسؤوليات الرئيسية: 

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة لزيادة حصة السوق وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة. 

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve specified targets. 

التفاوض على العقود وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. 

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with current and potential customers. 

تحليل السوق وتقديم تقارير دورية حول الاتجاهات والفرص والتحديات. 

Analyze the market and provide regular reports on trends, opportunities, and challenges. 

التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والتسليم لضمان تلبية احتياجات العملاء بشكل جيد. 

Collaborate with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. 

البحث عن فرص جديدة للتوسع في الأسواق الجديدة وتطوير شبكة عملاء قوية. 

Identify new opportunities to expand into new markets and develop a strong customer network. 

Requirements - المتطلبات: 

خبرة سابقة في مجال مبيعات مواد البناء وخاصةً في مبيعات الرمل. 

Previous experience in sales of construction materials, especially sand. 

معرفة عميقة بصناعة البناء والتصنيع وفهم واضح لاحتياجات العملاء في هذه القطاعات. 

Deep understanding of the construction and manufacturing industry and clear understanding of customer needs in these sectors. 

مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، شفوية وكتابية. 

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, verbal and written. 

القدرة على العمل بشكل فردي وكذلك ضمن فريق. 

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على إقناع العملاء وإدارة الصراعات. 

Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers and manage conflicts.
