Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for employees and subcontractors working on projects in various locations

  • Negotiate rates and terms with accommodation providers to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of accommodation bookings and expenses
  • Provide support to employees and subcontractors regarding accommodation arrangements and address any issues or concerns
  • Monitor accommodation availability and make adjustments to bookings as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
