Job Description

Responsible for: Strategic planning, overseeing merchandising and operations of multiple electronic retail stores, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth and market share expansion in the Saudi Arabian market, and to maintain high customer satisfaction across various locations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple electronic retail stores in the assigned area.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies to meet customer demand.

Merchandising and Product Management:

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility, attract customers, and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance product assortment.

Sales and Performance Management:

  • Set and achieve sales targets for each retail location, analyzing performance metrics and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Customer Experience:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture among store staff, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly, striving to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets and financial targets, working to optimize cost-effectiveness and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and market data to make informed business decisions.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement in line with SDG values.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and operational processes.
  • Implement corrective actions and initiatives to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
