POSITION DESCRIPTION
Graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the tyre industry Having a good a track record of successful commercial tire business development. Strong negotiation skills & good interpersonal skills Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business and identify new opportunities for the assigned set of countries. Define, Agree and Implement business plan, commercial strategy with the distributors. Ability to foster long- term collaborative relationships with both our partners and colleagues, you will thrive within a multicultural matrix environment working across diverse markets . Strong negotiation skills & good interpersonal skills Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business and identify new opportunities for the assigned set of countries. Define, Agree and Implement business plan, commercial strategy with the distributors. Knowledge of market/product/channels/ competition and pricing Key Account Management Optimize Profitability for the Distributor and BSMEA Interaction with supply chain to achieve smooth flow of supply Contribute to SBU market share and profitability and ensure Bridgestone/ Firestone and other subsidiary brand presence across all markets Drive business towards long term solution contracts. Promote Digitalization. Strong in MS Office tools especially in Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English & Arabic Arabic and Engineering Degree would be an advantage Travel regularly between Dammam and Riyadh.
