Associate Production Manager

As an Associate Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning:

• Meet production targets through optimizing best utilization of all resources (Man, Machine, Material and Methods).
• Review and modify if needed Production Plans with Planning Team.
• Follow up with planning and stores for availability of PM. & RM. according to production Schedules.
• Ensure plant & production readiness to cater to new technology requirement for new production NPD roll out.

Organizing:

• Ensure operational efficiency to work towards process improvement.
• Adhere to Quality norms during the production process.
• Schedule production to adhere to RPP.
• Optimum manpower planning to meet production targets.

Controlling:

• Responsible for MIS.
• Responsible for mandatory compliance with QMS, and GMP norms applicable to the unit.
• Take initiatives to minimize wastage during the process.

Leading:

• Lead and maintain production subordinates to achieve production Targets.
• Train and develop production staff to improve process.

• Direct and Lead Production Teams in Using Lean Manufacturing Deployment as best Practice for achieving Production Objectives.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ industrial).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry Is a must.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken the English language
• ERP skills- SAP is preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
