  • Handle daily BAU projects along with operations for Voice Platform including CRM, Billing, provisioning, mediators, and portals.
  • Configuring business products in the system.
  • Resolving technical problems logged by customers and escalated by L1 support.
  • Configuring order fulfillment process flows throughout the system.
  • Preparation, revision, execution and consolidation of bill run cycle for B2B customers.
  • Preparing, running and monitoring any scheduled or on-demand business batch jobs
  • Conducting regular health check exercise for BSS that identifies potential issues and operations bottlenecks to ensure the availability, performance, capacity and security of Application, OS/server, DB and storage in the production environment.
  • Implementing security policies and baseline configuration at the application level that are based on the defined security framework.
  • Log archive & purge service for application management to improve the performance of application in the production environment.
  • Providing comprehensive statistics and reports, which includes daily, weekly and monthly report.
  • Documenting and uploading knowledge into knowledge management system for sharing purpose. Knowledge for Application, OS/Servers, DB and Storage Management includes operation manual update, technical design document update, problem resolution, etc.
  • Analyzing application problems, identifying root causes, and providing resolution for implementation to ensure availability of the corresponding component in the production environment.
  • Deploying patches to fix a problem or implement a new business requirement into Application.
  • Providing reliable, efficient and cost-effective data protection for Application and Database.
  • Support presales/sales/PMs through the order cycle.
  • Accommodating customers’ requirements through providing recommendation/ customization.
  • Resolve/ report any issue in timely manner.
  • Test and validate CRs and add any adjustment if required.
