Telecommunications Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their communication needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background in telecommunications and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing telecommunications systems and networks based on client requirements.
2. Installing and configuring telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
3. Performing network maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborating with clients to understand their communication needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Testing and evaluating new telecommunications technologies and making recommendations for their implementation.
6. Monitoring and analyzing network performance to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
7. Ensuring that telecommunications systems and networks comply with industry standards and regulations.
8. Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
9. Training end-users on the proper use of telecommunications systems and equipment.
10. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in telecommunications.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing telecommunications systems and networks.
3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, and OSPF.
4. Experience with Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Good understanding of industry standards and regulations for telecommunications.
7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
