Initiate and lead human capital, management, and placement projects and programs.
Study the result of analysis of the gathered data by researching through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve the practices and resolve the issues.
Execute and implement activities if needed for example activities related to the company CEO.
Identify and ensure project scope in placement projects as needed such as timeline, positions, requirements, and number of vacancies then set the appropriate plan.
Qualify the project outcomes and evaluate the deliverables before submitting the date.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Consultant or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
In-depth knowledge of business operations and best practices
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
