Could you be the full-time onsite Indirect Buyer in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and strategic sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in optimizing the procurement process for non-core business goods and services, ensuring operational excellence and cost-efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT, Facilities Management, and Administration), establish strong vendor relationships, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for indirect goods and services,

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in procurement processes,

  
  

• Managing purchase orders and maintaining strong supplier relationships,

  
  

• Developing and maintaining a procurement database for tracking purchases and expenditures,

  
  

• Implementing procurement strategies that align with company objectives,

  
  

• Collaborating with other departments to understand their indirect procurement needs,

  
  

• Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,

  
  

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and procurement software,

  
  

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers,

  
  

• Experience or understanding of procurement processes and best practices,

  
  

• Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor sourcing strategies
