Role Purpose:


As the Partnership Implementation Director, you will lead our efforts in successfully implementing strategic partnerships and alliances. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of partnership execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our company and our partners. This position reports directly to the [Chief Investment Officer].


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership implementation strategy, aligning with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in partnership implementation, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams to address any issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives, tracking performance against targets and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, acting as a liaison to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and explore opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in partnership implementation processes, leveraging best practices and feedback to drive operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the partnership implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Knowledge & Expereince:


  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership performance.
  • Leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities in team management, talent development, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful partnership implementation.
