We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment. You will be in charge of managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to cooking.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create menus and develop new recipes
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes
- Oversee the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Monitor customer satisfaction and make improvements as necessary

Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
