Hotel Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, implementing hotel policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
2. Manage and train hotel staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
3. Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the hotel, including revenue generation, cost control, and profit maximization.
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
7. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
10. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.

10. Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
