Job Description
A Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. They will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies and procedures, as well as other HR-related topics.
- Coordinate and oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports on key metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including identifying training needs and selecting appropriate training providers.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
