Job Description
  • Create, follow-up and finalized the resolution the IT tickets within the SLA based on incidents and problem management for desktop and services tickets (analysis, definition, support, solutions, improvement suggestion and more)
  • Responsible for the IMAC services
  • Monitor and prioritize ticketed requests based on status, updates, and escalations.
  • Respond in a timely manner to services issues and requests from users within the SLA.
  • Knowledge of basic network troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge of basic computer and network security.
  • Knowledge of basic server room tasks and standards such as testing, cabling, device managements and support the network team to do remote troubleshoots and changes.
  • Installation of hardware and software in computer devices and application for iOS devices
  • Well organized the regular documentation for software, hardware, and tools.
  • Hardware and software technical Asset Management (including recharging) in relevant tools.
  • Participating in possible new IT roll-outs projects.
  • IT tool (e.g. MS365) and service consultancy to the costumers.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
  • Maintain the IT Orders, follow up with suppliers to insure will meet the deadline.
  • Communicate with external service providers whenever needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management, ability to work under pressure, flexible to adapt with changes and enjoy working in multicultural environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills for either face-to-face or remote customers
  • Wiling to learn the new tools, technology and standards based on projects, tasks, and roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Client Software, Hardware IT equipment, MS365 for using and user support and basic Server and Network Knowledge
  • Can work individual and within the Middle East team with highest collaboration.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
