Junior Graphic Designer

A Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various media platforms. They collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message. The Junior Graphic Designer should have a strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail. They should be proficient in using design software and have a good understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, and more.
2. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
3. Take ownership of design projects and manage them from start to finish, ensuring they meet the required deadlines.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and deliver designs that align with their brand guidelines.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
6. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Revise and make necessary edits to designs based on feedback received.
8. Ensure all designs are of high-quality and meet the company's standards.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to create visually appealing materials for their campaigns.
10. Maintain a library of design assets, including templates, icons, and images, to be used in future projects.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the design team.
6. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative design concepts.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
8. Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
9. Knowledge of web design principles and experience in designing for responsive websites is a plus.
10. Knowledge of Arabic typography and ability to design in Arabic is a plus.
