: L&D Head is responsible for leading the Company's L&D strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. This role involves managing the L&D team, identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and measuring their effectiveness to enhance employees' skills and performance.
Role Mandates:
* Enhance Training Strategies & framework.
* Manage L&D development initiatives.
* Upgrade link L&D practices with other HR and Strategic practices.
* Manage learning journey.
* Establish specialize and multiple development programs ( leadership, emerging managers, GDP,,etc) to foster the next generation of company leaders
* Strategy: Develop L&D strategy and strategic initiatives and programs, and ensure L&D strategies are fully aligned with Company & HR strategy.
* Maintain and activate competency framework and values driven-learning culture.
* Responsible to conduct skills gap Analyses for Company learning & capability-building Needs.
* Design, develop, and deliver innovative L&D programs that meet the needs of: Strategy direction, business and its employees.
* Develop a culture that prioritizes continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and personal development
* Leverage technology to transform L&D offerings, making learning more accessible, flexible, and personalized.
* Strengthen Technical and Digital Skills
Strong skills in: Change management, Project managements.
