Job Description


We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.


  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Discuss trending marketing activities with the in-house team members to achieve optimum results.
  • Find appropriate marketing channels to promote the company's products through in-depth market research.
  • Train and instruct the marketing team members in planning and implementing modern promotional strategies.

مدير التسويق هو المسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق للشركة بهدف زيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. يشرف على فريق التسويق ويتولى قيادة الأنشطة التسويقية والإشراف على التسويق عبر مختلف الوسائط.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق:
  • خبرة كبيرة في مجال التسويق الرقمي
  • تحليل السوق والمنافسة وتطوير استراتيجيات تسويق ملائمة.
  • تحديد الجمهور المستهدف وتحديد الرسائل والتكتيكات المناسبة.
  • إدارة فريق التسويق:
  • توجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق وتوزيع المهام.
  • متابعة أداء الفريق وتحفيز التحسين المستمر.
  • تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية:
  • تنظيم وتنفيذ حملات تسويق متعددة الوسائط (عبر الإنترنت وغيرها).
  • تقييم أداء الحملات وضبطها حسب الحاجة.
  • تحليل البيانات والتقارير:
  • تقييم البيانات التسويقية وتحليل النتائج.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية توضح الأداء والتوجهات.
  • توجيه التسويق عبر وسائل متعددة:
  • تنسيق التسويق عبر وسائل مختلفة مثل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلان والتسويق البريدي.


Skills

Digital Marketing Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must have a solid background in digital marketing, showcasing expertise in areas such as:
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Potential to solve practical challenges in real time using appropriate techniques.
  • Proficient in using techniques like descriptive analysis along with knowledge of email, social media, display advertising, and other forms of marketing.
  • Established record of marketing products or services in a professional setup.
