Operation Filler

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operation Filler to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Operation Filler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist in the manufacturing and packaging of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging process.
2. Ensure all products are filled accurately and according to quality standards.
3. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
4. Monitor product levels and replenish materials as needed.
5. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
6. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Record and maintain accurate production data and reports.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and productivity.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment.
4. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
7. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
10. Experience with operating and maintaining machinery and equipment is a plus.
