Planning Engineer

Urgent for well-known company in KSA/Riyadh need the following position:

• Planning Engineer
• Nationality: Jordanian

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules based on project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Identify project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure timely completion.
• Estimate resources, time, and costs required to complete each phase of the project.

1. Schedule Management:

• Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule.
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to schedule milestones and deadlines.

1. Resource Allocation:

• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Anticipate resource needs and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a planning engineer or similar role in project management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
