Job Description

Job Purpose & Objectives


The incumbent will be responsible for handling procurement administrative tasks and coordination with vendors and support the Procurement and Logistics Officer


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Process purchase requisitions / orders on the ERP system
  • Maintain worksheets for all records of purchases, pricing and important data PR/PO for all the projects/offices
  • Maintain and update list of approved Vendors.
  • Maintaining the series of PO and filing and control of PO documents.
  • Coordination with the project site/workshop, office reference to PR/delivery etc.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • All above events must be recorded systemically as per the process procedures


Skills

Qualification and Experience Requirements


Qualification: Any degree in commerce or logistics

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar role in the construction industry

Language: Good command of English language both written and spoken and Arabic as optional


Communication and Relationship

Internal: Line Manager, Project Managers and other departments

External: Vendors
