- a crucial role in driving sales initiatives and managing projects to ensure successful execution and delivery

- responsible for overseeing the sales process from initial lead generation to closing deals, as well as coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.

- primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and maintain customer satisfaction.


Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new projects.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical departments, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
