Job Context: Sales Manager - Manufacturing, kitchen design industry - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, leveraging your expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
• Provide on-ground feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams.
• Oversee sales projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in sales management in the kitchen design or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market; previous experience in this market is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise in kitchen design.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
