Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in handling complex architectural projects. They should also have excellent BIM experience and expertise in landscape and gulf projects. Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is a must, and experience with Lumion is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
2. Create and develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
3. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
4. Oversee the implementation of designs, including site visits and construction progress monitoring.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and other team members.
7. Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to discuss project requirements and resolve any design-related issues.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Architect.
2. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex architectural projects.
3. Expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling).
4. Experience in landscape and gulf projects.
5. Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
6. Preferred experience with Lumion.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
