Company Summary:
PiLog is seeking highly experienced and certified Reliability Engineers to join our team. We are looking for professionals with extensive expertise in maintenance functions within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries, both upstream and downstream. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in mechanical engineering (static & rotary) and/or electrical and instrumentation engineering.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
- Certification in API 571, API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580, or equivalent for relevant focus areas.
- Proficiency in SAP EAM, GE APM, or equivalent software.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies, SOPs, KPIs, and metrics.
- Proficiency in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), and criticality assessments.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices such as API, ISO, IEEE, SOX, DAMA, and Industry 4.0.
- Experience guiding customers through their process and digital transformation journey.
Skills
Additional Competencies: Mechanical Engineering Focus:
- Experience in corrosion engineering and developing corrosion loops.
- Expertise in identifying critical process parameters and assigning degradation mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with GE APM software for RBI assessments.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in non-destructive testing in the field.
Electrical and Instrumentation Focus:
- Expertise in Electrical Design Optimization, Performance Measurement & Control, and Cause & Impact analysis from RAM aspects.
- Proficiency in optimizing and automating electrical systems using GE APM and SAP technologies, adhering to IEEE, IEC standards.
- Experience in Instrumentation Design Optimization, Performance Measurement & Control, and Cause & Impact analysis from RAM aspects.
- Ability to enable and optimize interconnected instrumentation systems using GE APM and SAP technologies, applying IEEE, IEC standards.
