The Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 will be responsible for the implementation, customisation, optimisation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP.

The Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 will understand business requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.

This role will be based in Jeddah.

Description

The Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 will be responsible for:
Ensuring successful implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 ERPConfiguration and customisation of Dynamics 365 modulesDeveloping and implementing custom solutions, workflows and integrations to enhance system functionalityOverseeing the migration of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365Integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications and databasesUser acceptance testing (UAT) and user training/application supportSystem optimisation and upgradesEnsuring compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy policies and regulations


Profile

The Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 will be/have:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field of study5+ years of experience in implementing and customising Dynamics 365 ERPIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and other relevant D365 modulesIdeally worked on Dynamics 365 implementations within the Healthcare sectorStrong understanding of business processes and workflows, ideally within the Healthcare sectorStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with diverse groups of stakeholders

Salary for the Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 will be commensurate with experience.
