 Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:


  • Maintain close relations with fleet owners.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of  Used Trucks.
  • Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
  • Describes all optional used equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Offers test drives in line with Reg Sales Manager.
  • Understanding customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
  • Explaining warranties and services.
  • Be ready for training and development courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA).
  • Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
  • Daily visits and follow–up with Customers.
  • Find new potentials/ Customers.
  • Prepare offers.
  • Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining customer's database and communicating with them.
  • In line with the Regional Sales Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; and explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices.
  • Check & recommend realistic market-acceptable price levels to meet competition.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative in the used truck industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of truck models, features, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer demands.
