Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Develop and update the warehouse strategic goals in line with the company's strategy.
  • Prepare and implement the annual warehouse plan to support the overall strategic objectives of the company.
  • Prepare and manage the warehouse budget.
  • Distribute workload among warehouse staff, monitor and ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure goods are prepared according to the invoice.
  • Prepare and submit reports of damaged and near-expiry goods in shipments.
  • Oversee, monitor and control price scanning, tagging and labeling.
  • Supervise the packing and weighing of goods set to be delivered.
  • Monitor incoming goods' unloading and unpacking to ensure avoiding goods' damage and losses.


Skills

  • knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in ERP system.
  • High level of flexibility and mobility.
  • Knowledge to operate other office machines related to the job and other warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations.
  • Languages : English,  Arabic.
