Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the field of telecommunications. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our telecommunications systems, as well as implementing new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, install, and maintain telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and video networks
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement telecommunications strategies and plans
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving any telecommunications-related issues
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements
  6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality telecommunications services
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments of telecommunications systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  8. Train and educate staff on the proper use and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all telecommunications activities and system configurations

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
  2. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  3. Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and technologies
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  9. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
