Actually it is a combination of both. You can't work something that you cant do or don't like maybe.but at the same point you need a good salary and motivation to keep going.

 

I think if you get: percent between both it will be great

2 area of interest .if no interest did not do well

Good job is about income that is sufficient to cover our needs, flexibility in the management of our time, health and other benefits and, very important, a job that we enjoy doing and gives us a sense of  living purpose , good environment.
