Take care I used two terms:
- best solution
- targeted customers
Sample:
do you think a rich guy (targeted customer) would not be satisfied of its FERRARI,LAMBORGHINI (best solution) because it cost 200.000 Eur !

The price of a product becomes an issue of customer satisfaction when such product doesn't meet our expectation, no matter if expensive or not.
Well it depends really. customers doesnt need to pay more in order to get satisfied.Customer satisfaction emerges from the value that a product or service will deliver and not by price. for example, I may have a critical problem and solving this would mean purchasing a very expensive product so my course to action will be to purchasing this said product. it will remove my problem and ill be more than satisfied
High price of Product Does not effect the loyal Costumer to product but it will effect the common customer they can change their preference toward other product with lower price that
substitute high price product
I think the cost of the product is directly linked to the perceived value of the service or product they are purchasing. I personally would rather pay 25% more knowing I have purchased something of higher value then something cheap. Of course it also depends on what I consider cheap and valuable. I may buy no-name paper towels but only buy Helmans Mayonnaise because I only like that brand. I will not buy 9.99 shoes but will buy a 2 dollar winter cap. It is all in perceived value and THAT is why the PR departments make all of the big bucks
This is will depend on which type of customers we are serving. If they are blue color, then yes. But if the customers educated then no. Customers are becoming smarter shoppers. In today’s market, Customer Leadership could be the best competitive advantage for any company who is looking to a head.
High price doesn't always mean the product would be of the desired quality or function. For instance, when I plan a party, I go for disposable cups rather than cups made of glass which are more expensive and are not fit for my requirement. The important question is: "does the product fulfill your requirement?"
To my View, It depends on quality of the product, if i had purchased a cloth for more money with a good quality I'm satisfied. if it has poor quality with high prize, not only myself everyone will get unsatisfied.
I think it is the other way around, customer always relates satisfaction with what is paid.
Ultimately if the desired need is fulfilled it is accepted else it will bring negative results.
