I have a problem in making the consumer come back to buy my products. What do you think I'm doing wrong?

The trust factor has to be built between the customers,which could be achieved through quality of service or product we offer.Once the customer is satisfied then he would not look back  for other options and this is the  only way to get back our key clients.

The size of the customer must be evaluated prior to placing the product, preferably by placing the product in a small quantity. This is the way the customer should be treated, especially if the product is serious.ا

It is important to have a customer database. Keep in regular contact with the customer and get a feedback as how they rate your business. Do assure them of changes in case they suggest something. Do random callbacks to clients and check with them as why they hesitate to come back again. Most of the customers would give a reason as to why. Do work on those points

The way of connect has to be positive and offeraable. If the customers comes once,then please offer rewards for his/her second visit. This will result in customer repeatation and also the merketing from the customers end.
