Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Patient Communication:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services and procedures.
  1. Appointment Management:


  • Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment instructions.
  1. Patient Intake:


  • Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  1. Patient Education:


  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Provide resources and support to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Customer Satisfaction:


  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively seek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement in our services.
  1. Follow-up Care:


  • Reach out to patients after their appointments to check on their progress and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure that patients are following recommended treatment plans and attending follow-up appointments as needed.
  1. Collaboration:


  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay patient information and update treatment plans as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Commerce, Business Administration, or Arts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
