RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:
Patient Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services and procedures.
Appointment Management:
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary pre-appointment instructions.
Patient Intake:
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Patient Education:
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Provide resources and support to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Proactively seek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement in our services.
Follow-up Care:
- Reach out to patients after their appointments to check on their progress and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure that patients are following recommended treatment plans and attending follow-up appointments as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience for patients.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay patient information and update treatment plans as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Commerce, Business Administration, or Arts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
