The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
- Responsible for the day-to-day office administration tasks
- Assist accountant with posting on Quickbooks and other finance-related tasks
- Support procurement when necessary
- Liaise with PRO for employee related requests (i.e. VISA renewals, cancellations etc)
- General HR responsibilities
- Monitor staff annual leave & sick days
- Ensure office stationary levels are managed
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts & suppliers
