Assistant Product Manager

A JAFZA based home appliances company is recruiting an Assistant Product Manager having at least 5 years of experience in home appliances in the Middle East region. Experience in Export / Import (Trading) is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable product plans.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality appliances.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Analyze product performance through key metrics and customer feedback, iterating on features and functionalities to optimize user satisfaction and market adoption.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication channels to drive collaboration and successful product outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. 
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in product management within the consumer electronics industry. 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. 
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
