Job Description

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive services and products, such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages, will be part of your duties to contribute to the dealership's revenue growth.
  • You'll be pivotal in coordinating and scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair services, overseeing the smooth operation of the service department, and upholding stringent quality standards for all service tasks.
  • Your key responsibility will involve orchestrating and planning vehicle maintenance and repair services, supervising the efficient functioning of the service department, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained for all service procedures.
  • Your central task will be to organize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair services, manage the service department's operations effectively, and ensure that all service assignments meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
  • You will be at the forefront of coordinating and timetabling vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring the seamless operation of the service department, and upholding uncompromising quality criteria for all service operations.
  • Working in tandem with service technicians and parts departments, you will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance of service records, efficient billing and invoicing, and the timely provision of service progress updates and cost information to customers.
