Job Description
Below are your duties and responsibilities:
- Designing Flyers, 2D and 3D plans Detail shop drawings for primarily joinery and interior fit-out.
- working out how to apply the structure's estimated dimensions.
- Able to prepare the flyers for social media and marketing
- To take appointments with the customers.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies,arranging appointments, meeting and greeting customer , tele communication
- Telephonic correspondence with the customers and suppliers
- Coordinate company meetings, and customer visits
- Maintain petty cash
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including order tracking.
Requirement:
- At least 2 Years experience in same field
- Bachelor’s degree.
- AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modeling, and Photoshop Adobe skills, as well as self-reliance.
- Communication skills.
- Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
