Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract coordination or a related field. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the contract administration process, from initial contract review to final contract closeout. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure contracts are executed in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate the review and approval process for contracts, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
  3. Prepare and distribute contract-related documents, such as amendments, extensions, and terminations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation.
  5. Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
  6. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
  7. Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
  8. Prepare regular reports on contract status and progress.
  9. Identify contract-related issues and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract coordination or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract administration.
  10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
