The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. A little taste of your day-to-day

• Prepares guest pressing and dry cleaning as requested in accordance with hotel presentation standards
• Spot and dry clean all uniforms and guest laundry
• Sort articles for pressing into categories and performs pressing function including:
  • Using pressing equipment
  • Using appropriate chemicals when processing
  • Maintain chemical supplies
  • Prepare requisitions for depleted supplies
• Check guest items on receipt for damage and record any findings
• Maintains dry cleaning equipment in good condition and ensures regular servicing
• Maintains working area and equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
• Reports guest complaints to superior immediately
• Complies with Hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required

What we need from you

• Good level of spoken/written English
• Flexibility in shifts & tasks
• Cares for the employees
• Attention to details
• Knowledge about dry cleaning process, chemicals
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Minimum two year of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel)
