Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for Fitout and Joinery projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for materials, labor, and other project costs. Analyze and review project drawings and specifications to identify variations and discrepancies.
Assist in developing project budgets and cost control measures. Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and tender pricing schedules. Analyze tender submissions and assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts, including variations, claims, and progress payments. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain accurate records.
Utilize relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office (particularly Excel), and Plan shift for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project management tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimating and Quantity Surveying within the Fitout and Joinery industry in the Gulf Region.
• Strong understanding of Fitout and Joinery processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office (particularly Excel), and Plan shift.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the Gulf Region.
